INTERIOR DESIGN IN MALLORCA
A Clear and Collaborative Process

We design interiors that are functional, timeless, and in harmony with the Mediterranean lifestyle. At Coast Projects, interior design goes beyond aesthetics—it’s about comfort, clarity, and living well. That’s why we follow a clear step-by-step process that gives you full visibility and control at every stage.

Here’s how our interior design journey works—transparent, inspiring, and built around you.

Mediterranean Living Room in Mallorca

1. SESSION ONE – LAYOUT PLANNING & ON-SITE VISIT

We begin by validating the initial layout and defining the overall style and finishes of your space.
Then, we carry out a technical visit to your home to take precise measurements and identify any architectural constraints. This allows us to fine-tune the proposal to your home’s reality.

2. SESSION TWO – FIRST DESIGN PACKAGE & ONLINE REVIEW

In this session, we meet online to walk you through the first version of the project, including floor plans, material suggestions, and draft renderings.
You’ll also gain access to your private dashboard, where you can review:

  • Floor Plan V0

  • Shopping List V0

  • Draft Renderings

  • Initial Project Budget

  • Draft Contract

  • License Authorization Documents

3. SESSION THREE – SHOWROOM VISIT & FINAL ADJUSTMENTS

We guide you through a showroom to choose your final materials—flooring, finishes, fixtures, and more.
We then update the project with your feedback and upload the refined package:

  • Floor Plan V1

  • Updated Shopping List

  • Revised Budget

  • Final Contract

  • Required Documents for Permit Submissions and Fees

🔎 It’s important to finalize this documentation to keep the project on track and avoid delays.

4. SESSION FOUR – FINAL APPROVAL OF ALL PROJECT DETAILS

In this session, we confirm every aspect of the design—drawings, materials, and budget. Once everything is approved, we are ready to begin procurement and move forward with construction.

At this stage, the following items must be clearly defined to avoid changes during the build:

  • Door types and measurements

  • Window specifications

  • Sanitary fittings

  • Built-in faucets

  • AC installation (ducts or splits)

  • Bathroom wall tiles

  • Bathroom and main flooring

  • Shower trays
